Front of house reset before anybody starts prep
Overnight cleaning for front of house and the parts of the back your staff never gets to, timed between close and the first delivery.
Restaurant work here is a scheduling problem before it is a cleaning problem. The window between last call and the first delivery is short, and it moves in season. We build the visit around your actual close, not a standard commercial hour, and the crew works the front of house and the shared areas so your team can put their hours into prep and the line instead of into floors and restrooms at one in the morning.
We are clear about the line between our work and yours. Hood systems, grease traps and anything requiring a licensed hood cleaner are not ours and we will tell you that rather than doing a partial job. What we do own is everything guests see and everything under and behind it: dining floors, booth seams, chair and table bases, bar tops and rails, the floor behind the bar, restrooms to a standard a guest will judge you on, and entry glass that gets touched a thousand times a night.

What the program covers
- Dining floors swept and scrubbed, under tables and booths
- Booth seams, chair legs and table bases wiped down
- Bar top, rail, speed wells exterior and the floor behind detailed
- Restrooms cleaned, disinfected and fully restocked
- Entry glass, host stand and waiting area detailed
- Wall surfaces and baseboards degreased on a set rotation
- Trash and recycling removed to the dumpster
- Vents, fans and high ledges on a monthly rotation
What we hear before the first night
These four come up in almost every walkthrough of a restaurants and bars. If any of them describe your building, they belong in the written scope.
Booth seams and chair legs that never get touched during a shift.
Restrooms judged by every guest and cleaned by whoever has a second.
Grease film creeping up the wall behind the line.
Entry glass and the host stand looking tired by the second seating.
Tell us about the property
The walkthrough costs nothing and nobody pitches you at it. We look, we ask what keeps going wrong, and we put the number and the list in writing. You decide after that, in your own time.
- We come out free and nothing gets signed
- A written room by room list, not a promise made on the phone
- A flat price per visit, never a running clock
- Certificate of insurance issued to your association on request
- The same crew returns to your address
- A couple of days of notice ends a house plan, no penalty
