Punta Gorda splits into three houses, and they clean differently
Punta Gorda Isles and the sailboat canals, the historic streets downtown around Marion Avenue and Fishermen's Village, and out toward Burnt Store.
Three kinds of property here and three different jobs. Punta Gorda Isles is canal homes with wide sliders, big glass facing the water and pool cages that collect a film within days of being cleared. The historic core downtown is older wood frame and cottage stock where floors, trim and original hardware need the right product rather than the strongest one. Out toward Burnt Store the builds are newer and larger, more bathrooms and more tile, which changes the price more than square footage does.
Downtown is also the tightest commercial cluster we cover: boutiques, offices, salons and restaurants around Marion Avenue and the harbor, plus the professional suites near the courthouse. Nearly all of it gets cleaned before opening or after close, because parking here is a scheduling problem as much as a driving one. The waterfront businesses carry the same salt problem the houses do, and entry glass that faces the harbor needs the right product or it just smears.

How the price gets set
Every quote for Punta Gorda begins with somebody standing in the actual property. A square footage figure over the phone is a guess, because two houses of the same size are completely different jobs once you see how they are lived in. You get the room by room list and one price per visit, usually the same business day.
