Fresh Home Cleaning

A clean house you stop having to think about

A fixed day on your calendar at a fixed price, held by the same two cleaners, so the house never falls far enough behind for humidity to take hold.

Recurring cleaning works because nothing has to be renegotiated. The day is set, the price per visit is set, the room list is set, and the same two people hold your address. You are not re-explaining the dog crate or the stone counters every month to somebody new. Change the frequency or stop it whenever you want, by text, with no penalty and no notice period to serve out.

Humidity is the strongest argument for a standing visit here. A shower that gets scrubbed every two weeks stays white. The same shower left for six weeks in August grows a gray line along the caulk that then needs a brush and a product to remove. The same is true of lanai frames, window channels and the seals around the sliders. Frequency is not a luxury on this coast, it is what stops the small jobs from turning into deep cleaning.

What the visit covers

  • Entry mats lifted, sand vacuumed out from underneath
  • Toilets cleaned inside the bowl and all the way around the base
  • Counters cleared, wiped and put back the way you keep them
  • Kitchen sink scrubbed out and the faucet dried and polished
  • Shower glass squeegeed and dried so scale cannot set
  • Floors vacuumed then damp mopped, edges and corners included too
  • Bathroom mirrors and glass finished streak free
  • Ceiling fans and high ledges dusted before the floors are done
  • Trash and recycling pulled, liners replaced
  • Lanai floor swept and the slider track wiped

Picking the right frequency

Every other week is the most common choice around Port Charlotte and it suits most households. Weekly makes sense with young kids, more than one pet, or a house where somebody works from home all day. Monthly works if you keep up in between and mainly want the bathrooms, the kitchen and the floors handled properly by someone else. You can move between them at any time.

Seasonal residents usually run a different pattern: weekly or biweekly from November through April while the house is occupied, then a monthly maintenance visit through the summer to keep humidity from taking hold in an empty house. We build that switch into your plan up front so nobody has to remember to call in May.

FAQ

About recurring cleaning

If your question is not here, call and ask it. We would rather tell you a smaller job is enough than sell you a bigger one.

Can I change the frequency later?

Any time, by text, with no fee. People move to weekly when family is visiting for a month and back to biweekly afterward. Your price adjusts to the new frequency and the room list stays the same unless you want it changed.

Will it be the same cleaners every visit?

That is the whole point of the program. Your address is assigned to a crew and stays with them. If someone is out sick we tell you and offer another day rather than quietly sending two people you have never met.

Do I pay per visit or monthly?

Per visit, at the price agreed at the walkthrough. Nothing is billed in advance and there is no monthly minimum on a residential plan. Commercial buildings are the exception and get billed monthly against a written scope.
