A deep clean is not a longer version of a regular visit, it is a different job. It needs a brush, the right product and real time on the surface. That is what this booking pays for.
Two things drive buildup in this climate. Humidity is the first: it keeps grout, caulk lines and screen frames permanently damp enough for mildew to take hold, and once it is in the grout a surface spray only lightens it. Salt and sand are the second: they ride in on the air and on your feet, settle into tracks, sills and hardware, and dry into a haze that dusting only pushes around. Both come off. Neither comes off by dusting.

How long does a deep clean take compared to a regular visit?
Much longer, and for a three bedroom house it usually takes most of the day. What drives it is the state of the kitchen and the bathrooms, not the square footage. You get an arrival window when you book and the crew stays until the list is finished, because the price is fixed rather than hourly.
What if something still looks dirty afterward?
Call or text within two days and we come back and redo it at no charge. Point at the shower door or the oven glass, tell us what you expected, and it gets handled on the return visit with no conversation about whether it was included.
Can I book a deep clean for just the kitchen and baths?
Yes, and plenty of people book exactly that. It is common in homes where the living areas are fine but a humid summer sat on the shower grout. You get quoted for those rooms only, so you are not paying for bedrooms nobody uses.
