Fresh Home Cleaning is a family owned cleaning company working across Charlotte, Sarasota and Lee County on a single rule: nothing about your clean should ever be left to a guess.
Fresh Home is family owned and operated, working out of Port Charlotte and cleaning homes, offices and rentals across Charlotte, Sarasota and Lee County. The company grew the way this trade actually grows here, one neighbor and one property manager telling another, which is slower than advertising and a far harder standard to walk back from.
In a market where half our clients came from a neighbor or a property manager, one bad Tuesday travels further than any ad ever could. So the work has to hold on the visit nobody watches, in the room nobody checks. Everything below is the structure we built to make that happen every week instead of most weeks.
Why the number is settled before anyone starts
Nearly every complaint we hear about a previous cleaner is a money story. The price climbed after the first visit, an extra hour showed up on the bill, or the quote quietly assumed the lanai and the guest suite were somebody else's problem.
Here the number comes first, and it is per visit rather than per hour. You know the cost before anyone parks outside, and it only changes if you ask us to add something to the list. A clock running inside your house is not a service, it is a meter.
Why the same crew keeps your address
Sending whoever happens to be free resets your house to zero every visit. The new person does not know that the pool bath is the one guests use, that the lanai door sticks, or that the entry tile takes a different product than the kitchen floor. What you get is an average clean rather than yours.
Your address stays with the same two cleaners. By the third or fourth visit they stop reading the list and start moving through the house the way you would, and that is usually when people stop planning their day around us.
What we are not
Not a franchise and not a lead broker. The form on this site reaches us, not three companies that bought your number and are racing to dial it first. The person who walks your property works here, and so do the people who clean it.
We are also not the cheapest number you will be quoted, and there is no point pretending otherwise. Insurance, products, machines and paying people properly all cost money that a cash operation never spends. What it buys you is a service you stop having to check.
Where we work from
We are based in Port Charlotte, which puts Punta Gorda, North Port, Venice, Englewood and Rotonda West inside a short drive, and Boca Grande, Manasota Key and Palm Island across the bridges. The town pages on this site cover where the daily routes actually go, and the longer list underneath is not a wish list, it is places we already work.

One flat price, locked before we start
You see the number for the visit before anyone is scheduled, and it does not move. Add a room or add the fridge and you approve that change first. No clock running, no line items appearing at the bottom.
A written room by room list
What gets cleaned is written down and agreed with you up front, lanai and garage entry included, so there is never an argument later about whether the guest suite or the pool bath counted.
Your address keeps its crew
The same two people come back. By the third visit they know your alarm code, which slider sticks, and that the tile in the entry takes a different product than the wood in the den. You stop needing to be there.
Every product and machine rides with us
Vacuum, mop, cloths, liners, the whole kit. Nothing is billed back. If one surface in your house needs one specific product, that product lives in our vehicle from then on.
Gentle products on request, no upcharge
Ask and the entire visit switches, not just the floor cleaner. Common in houses with a crawling baby, a cat that walks the counters, or unsealed stone that a general purpose spray will dull permanently.
Humidity gets treated as the actual problem
Grout lines, shower corners, window channels, lanai frames and the seals around the sliders get worked on every visit, not once a year. On this coast that is the difference between a house that stays clean and one that goes gray.
