Cape Coral is canals, pools and cages, in that order
Across the Cape from the southeast canals up through the newer north side, along Del Prado, Santa Barbara and Pine Island Road.
Cape Coral has more canal frontage than almost anywhere in the country and the housing follows it: single story, pool, screen cage, big sliders onto a lanai facing water. That layout is comfortable to live in and hard to keep clean, because the cage is a filter and the sliders are the door everyone uses. Track, threshold, screen frame and the first stretch of tile inside take the punishment for the whole house, and they are on the standard list rather than sold as an extra.
A large share of what we clean here is short term rental with a heated pool, which is a different job with a deadline attached. Turnovers get scheduled against your actual checkout and check in times, the pool bath and the lanai get the same attention as the kitchen because that is where guests spend the day, and every turnover ends with a photo set sent before check in. For year round residents the plan is simpler: a fixed weekday, a flat price and the same two cleaners.

How the price gets set
Every quote for Cape Coral begins with somebody standing in the actual property. A square footage figure over the phone is a guess, because two houses of the same size are completely different jobs once you see how they are lived in. You get the room by room list and one price per visit, usually the same business day.
