Cleaning built around your home, not a stopwatch
Eight residential programs across Charlotte, Sarasota and Lee County. Houses, condos, seasonal homes, renovations and short term rentals, each on a flat agreed price and a list you approved first.
Pick the visit your house actually needs
Most houses run one reset and then a standing visit. Everything else on this list exists because a closing date, a renovation, a season or a booking calendar changed what the job actually is.
House Cleaning
Regular top to bottom cleaning of the rooms you actually live in, at one price you know before anyone shows up.
DetailsDeep Cleaning
Ovens, grout, tracks, vents and lanai frames: the slow work regular visits skip, done once and done all the way through.
DetailsRecurring Cleaning
A fixed weekday, a fixed price and the same two cleaners, weekly, biweekly or monthly, with nothing to sign.
DetailsVacation Rental and Airbnb Cleaning
Same day turnovers with linens, restock, a damage check and photos sent before check in.
DetailsMove In and Move Out Cleaning
Everything empty, everything open: cabinets, drawers, appliances, closets and tracks, cleaned for an inspection.
DetailsCondo and Apartment Cleaning
Buildings with front desks, elevators and vendor rules, handled without you having to chase the association.
DetailsPost Construction Cleaning
Drywall dust out of every track, vent and cabinet, in stages, so the final walkthrough is not a fight.
DetailsSeasonal Open Up and Close Down
Arrive to a house that is aired, clean and running. Leave knowing it was closed down properly.
DetailsAsked for under other names
Same crew, same price, same written list. These pages exist because people search for them by their own name instead of searching for house cleaning.
Maid Service
Maid service across Charlotte, Sarasota and Lee at one price per visit, with the same two cleaners every time and a room by room list you approve first.
DetailsCleaning Prices
How house cleaning actually gets priced in Charlotte County, what moves the number, and why we quote one figure per visit instead of an hourly rate.
DetailsAirbnb Turnover Checklist
The turnover checklist we run on Charlotte County and island rentals, including the six places sand hides that guests always find first.
DetailsLanai and Pool Cage Cleaning
The outdoor half of a Florida house, cleaned on the same schedule as the inside instead of being treated as an extra.
DetailsIncluded in every home visit, whatever you booked
Nothing here is an add on and nothing here is conditional. It is all inside the number you were quoted.
- The room by room list you approved, held on your file
- The same two cleaners on your address, fully insured
- Every product, cloth, liner, vacuum and mop arriving with us
- Entry mats lifted so the sand underneath comes up as well
- A rotation so trim, vents and fan blades come round monthly
- A free return visit if anything on your list got missed
Residential at a glance
Pets, sensitivities and any surface needing its own product go on your file at the walkthrough.
Residential questions
If your question is not here, call and ask it. We would rather tell you a smaller job is enough than sell you a bigger one.
How do you price a job?
One flat number per visit, agreed before anything starts. It comes from square footage, how many bathrooms, how much of the home is actually lived in, whether there is a lanai or pool cage, how often we come, and what goes on the list. Once it is set it does not move unless you change the list.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, and it is current. If your HOA, condo association, building or property manager needs a certificate of insurance naming them as additional insured, send us the exact wording and we have the carrier issue it and send it directly to them.
Do I have to be home?
Most clients are not. Give us a code, a key or a lockbox once, we note it on your file and we lock up behind us. A lot of people prefer to be there for the first visit to walk the rooms together, and that usually makes the list more accurate.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Every visit, machines included. Vacuum, mop, microfiber, liners and products all arrive with the crew. Nothing is charged as an extra and nothing runs out. If you want a product you already own used on one specific surface, leave it out with a note and it gets used.
Tell us about the property
The walkthrough costs nothing and nobody pitches you at it. We look, we ask what keeps going wrong, and we put the number and the list in writing. You decide after that, in your own time.
- We come out free and nothing gets signed
- A written room by room list, not a promise made on the phone
- A flat price per visit, never a running clock
- Certificate of insurance issued to your association on request
- The same crew returns to your address
- A couple of days of notice ends a house plan, no penalty
