The list of what gets cleaned is written down with you first, room by room, so there is never a debate afterward about whether the lanai or the guest suite counted.

Hourly cleaning quietly rewards a slow morning and punishes a fast one. A flat price does the opposite. You know the number before the visit, the crew knows exactly what is on the list, and nobody is watching a clock. If a house turns out bigger than the walkthrough suggested, that is on us for that visit and we talk about it before the next one.

There is nothing to sign and nothing to cancel in writing. Book weekly, every other week, monthly or one time. Stop whenever you want. What keeps people is simpler than a contract: the same crew learns your house, remembers that the guest bath gets used twice a year and that the dog sheds on the third stair, and works accordingly.
