- Gym and Fitness Studio Cleaning
Members decide in the first ten seconds and they decide by smell
Cleaning for gyms and boutique studios where members judge you on the mats, the mirrors and the smell before anything else.
Gyms fail on smell long before they fail on appearance, and smell comes from three places: mats, upholstery and the locker room drains. All three need actual cleaning rather than a disinfectant spray on top of what is already there. Rubber flooring gets scrubbed with a machine rather than mopped, mats get lifted and the floor underneath done, and upholstered pads get treated on a rotation instead of only when someone complains.
The schedule is the other half. Boutique studios in Wellen Park and downtown Punta Gorda run classes back to back from six in the morning, so the deep work happens overnight and the between class touch points are handled on a quick pass. We build the visit around your class schedule and your busiest hours rather than a standard commercial window, and everything used on equipment is a product your manufacturer will not void a warranty over.

What the program covers
- Rubber and hard flooring machine scrubbed, not just mopped
- Mats lifted, cleaned both sides, floor underneath done
- Equipment frames, grips, handles and touch points disinfected
- Mirrors and glass done streak free, full height
- Locker rooms cleaned, showers scrubbed and drains treated
- Restrooms restocked with paper, soap and sanitizer
- Upholstered pads and benches treated on a set rotation
- Trash removed and liners replaced, including studio floors
What we hear before the first night
These four come up in almost every walkthrough of a gyms and studios. If any of them describe your building, they belong in the written scope.
Mats that get sprayed but never actually cleaned underneath.
Mirrors covered in hand prints and chalk by the second class.
Equipment grips and touch points wiped by whoever remembers.
A locker room that tells members exactly how much you care.
Tell us about the property
The walkthrough costs nothing and nobody pitches you at it. We look, we ask what keeps going wrong, and we put the number and the list in writing. You decide after that, in your own time.
- We come out free and nothing gets signed
- A written room by room list, not a promise made on the phone
- A flat price per visit, never a running clock
- Certificate of insurance issued to your association on request
- The same crew returns to your address
- A couple of days of notice ends a house plan, no penalty
