FAQ

Everything we get asked

If your question is not here, call and ask it. We would rather tell you a smaller job is enough than sell you a bigger one.

Do you clean homes, offices, or vacation rentals?

All three, and they run as separate programs. Homes get cleaned during the day on a residential list. Offices and commercial suites get cleaned after hours with commercial equipment. Vacation rentals and Airbnbs run on a turnover checklist tied to your checkout and check in times, with a photo report when the unit is ready.

How do you price a job?

One flat number per visit, agreed before anything starts. It comes from square footage, how many bathrooms, how much of the home is actually lived in, whether there is a lanai or pool cage, how often we come, and what goes on the list. Once it is set it does not move unless you change the list.

Is there a contract?

Not on a house. Recurring residential runs visit to visit and you can stop with a couple of days of notice. Commercial buildings usually run a twelve month agreement because staff and equipment get committed to your site, and those carry a thirty day exit. Rentals run per turnover with no minimum.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, and it is current. If your HOA, condo association, building or property manager needs a certificate of insurance naming them as additional insured, send us the exact wording and we have the carrier issue it and send it directly to them.

Do I have to be home?

Most clients are not. Give us a code, a key or a lockbox once, we note it on your file and we lock up behind us. A lot of people prefer to be there for the first visit to walk the rooms together, and that usually makes the list more accurate.

What if something gets missed?

Tell us within a day and we come back and redo it at no charge. It works because what was included got written down before the first visit, so nobody is arguing about whether it should have been done.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Every visit, machines included. Vacuum, mop, microfiber, liners and products all arrive with the crew. Nothing is charged as an extra and nothing runs out. If you want a product you already own used on one specific surface, leave it out with a note and it gets used.

Can you use products that are safe for kids and pets?

Yes, and it costs nothing extra. Ask for the gentle plan and every product on the cart changes, not only the floor cleaner. It comes up constantly in houses with young kids, cats that get on counters, and the unsealed stone that is everywhere in newer Babcock Ranch and Wellen Park builds.

Which areas do you actually cover?

Charlotte County first, then south Sarasota County and north Lee County. Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, North Port, Venice, Englewood, Rotonda West, Placida, Babcock Ranch, Nokomis, Osprey and Sarasota, plus Boca Grande on Gasparilla Island, and Cape Coral and Fort Myers across the bridge.

Do you handle the lanai and the pool cage?

The lanai floor, the screen frames, the sliders and the tracks are all things we clean, and on this coast they need it more than most interior rooms. Say so at the walkthrough and it goes on the written list at a set price instead of turning into an extra later.

Can you clean an office after hours?

That is how nearly all of our commercial work runs. Offices after five or before seven, medical and dental suites after the last patient, salons after close, retail before the doors unlock. We work around your hours instead of asking you to close for us.

How soon can you start?

A walkthrough usually happens within a couple of business days and the price follows the same day. New recurring homes normally start the following week. Rental turnovers and move outs get pushed to the front when a check in or a closing date is driving the calendar.

Tell us about the property

The walkthrough costs nothing and nobody pitches you at it. We look, we ask what keeps going wrong, and we put the number and the list in writing. You decide after that, in your own time.

  • We come out free and nothing gets signed
  • A written room by room list, not a promise made on the phone
  • A flat price per visit, never a running clock
  • Certificate of insurance issued to your association on request
  • The same crew returns to your address
  • A couple of days of notice ends a house plan, no penalty

First, what brings you here?

Nothing is resold and nobody else receives your number. Your phone and email are used to price this one job. Sending the form books nothing, we confirm with you first.

Still unsure? Ask at the walkthrough.

It costs nothing, nothing gets signed, and we will say so if a smaller service would do the job just as well.
