Osprey sits between two markets and cleans like both

Osprey is the north end of our route and it splits neatly. Inland of the Trail the homes are single family, often with pool cages and lanais that take the brunt of the work, and they run a normal biweekly rhythm year round. Out toward the water and Casey Key the exposure changes completely: salt on the glass, sand in the tracks, and screen enclosures that hold a film within days of being cleared.

Seasonal owners here tend to run the same pattern as Venice and the keys: weekly or biweekly while the house is occupied, then a monthly maintenance visit through the summer so humidity does not get a head start on an empty house. Because this is the far end of the route, the arrival windows here are set rather than loose, and we would rather give you a real one than a four hour guess.

Every quote for Osprey begins with somebody standing in the actual property. A square footage figure over the phone is a guess, because two houses of the same size are completely different jobs once you see how they are lived in. You get the room by room list and one price per visit, usually the same business day.
