Your suite gets one crew and one number
Nightly and weekly cleaning for offices across Charlotte, Sarasota and Lee, on a written scope, at a set monthly price, with the same crew in your suite every time.
Office accounts start the same way: a walkthrough after hours, then a written scope before anyone touches a mop. What happens nightly, what happens weekly, what happens monthly, all of it on paper, and the price set against that list. A law office near the Punta Gorda courthouse with heavy carpet and a client waiting area is not a newer suite off Kings Highway with polished concrete and forty desks, and the two schedules should not be identical either.
Everything used in your building arrives with the crew, including vacuums, microfiber and the paper stock if you would rather we buy it. Gentle products cost nothing extra and get requested often in suites with shared air. Keys, fobs and alarm codes go to the specific people assigned to your building and get logged. If you use a keypad we will ask for a dedicated cleaning code, so your own access log shows exactly when the door opened and closed and by whom.

What we hear before the first night
These four come up in almost every walkthrough of a offices. If any of them describe your building, they belong in the written scope.
Break room sink and microwave waiting for whoever arrives earliest.
Keyboards and phones nobody has touched since last season.
Traffic lanes through the carpet going gray while the edges stay fine.
Entry glass covered in hand prints by ten in the morning.
Tell us about the property
The walkthrough costs nothing and nobody pitches you at it. We look, we ask what keeps going wrong, and we put the number and the list in writing. You decide after that, in your own time.
- We come out free and nothing gets signed
- A written room by room list, not a promise made on the phone
- A flat price per visit, never a running clock
- Certificate of insurance issued to your association on request
- The same crew returns to your address
- A couple of days of notice ends a house plan, no penalty
