Fort Myers is the busiest end of the bridge for us

The housing here runs from historic homes along McGregor with original wood and tile that a strong product ruins, to newer builds out toward Gateway and Daniels with four and five bathrooms and a lot of unsealed stone. Bathroom count drives the price far more than square footage does, and the surfaces decide the product. Both get settled at the walkthrough and written down, so nothing changes on the day.

Commercially this is the densest stretch we cover south of the river: professional offices in the River District, medical and dental suites along Summerlin and near the hospital campuses, salons, studios and shops through the Daniels corridor. Nearly all of it is cleaned after close or before opening on a written scope and a set monthly price. Because it is the far end of a route, we commit to a window rather than a vague evening, and the crew assigned to your building keeps it.
